Terrible service

I was under the impression that the motor industry are struggling at the moment, but guess I was wrong.

Me and my fiance went to imperial to see if they can help us, as we both would like to buy new cars. So that means 2 x sales at once. I thought we would receive at least some sort of service. The biggest no no for me was that my fiance went to see the guy before and actually discussed what it is that we wanted to do, but when we got to the store that guy that helped us looked like he has never seen us before.

My fiance had to inform the guy who he was again, what car he is driving and that we want to buy 2 cars. Then he said he will get someone to look at my car. No one asking if we would like something to drink or sit down, or what we are interested in buying, we basically was standing around the store. When the guy got back he advised us of what I would get for my car.

Then i asked him what is the next step, he answered i need to get a settlement and take it from there. REALLY not what do you have in mind, nothing just that. Also never saw that guy again that my fiance spoke to in the beginning. How terrible is that, ill never buy from them eve
