Good day

My fiance and I bought a bed from your bluff branch on the 17/06/13, we where assured by the consultant that we would be contacted regarding delivery. Two days later my finance was contacted and told that the bed that we bought is out of stock and that they have a similar bed for less the price. My fiance took time off work to go and see the similar bed but did not like it and told the consultant that we would wait for the bed we paid for. Since then we haven't had any feedback regarding when the bed will be delivered. On Tuesday the 25/06/13 we where contacted and asked if we cancelled the bed, which we haven't. The gentleman assured my fiance that he would phone him back and tell him when the bed will come. We still have not heard anything. This morning I phoned and spoke to a consultant who assured me that he will get back to me. I still have not received a call. We are really disappointed in the services that we have received.
