PAYING FOR A SERVICE WE AREN'T RECEIVING!

We have recently moved into a new house literally 3 roads down from our old house and have had zero signal on our 8ta dongle. We have had TWO technicians at our house already and have had no response and the problem is not resolved. The last technician told me that I should contact HIM on the Monday. HE should contact US not vice versa, which of course he didn't bother to do! I have since lodged 2 complaints after hearing nothing and have had no response at all. I also went into the Telkom shop in Clearwater to be told that they could do nothing and that it was 'technical supports' problem now. We moved almost 5 MONTHS AGO and have therefore been paying for a service we aren't receiving. The service we have received is shocking and I would never recommend your service provider to anyone. I want this issue resolved and I want to be refunded for the service we haven't received even though Honeydew is listed as a signal catchment area.
