EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!!

Neotel's service levels are ridiculous! Ive been using their router for 6 months and not one month has gone by that there was not some or other issue. When you try and call the call center you hold on forever to get through and when you finally get through its like you are just another number and don't even matter!

I would never recommend them to anyone!
