Problem from 02 May STILL not fixed!!!

This has been the most frustrating experience in my life!! I'm ready to pull my hair out!!

I finally did receive my refund (not that anyone actually informed me about it) and decided to make a call yesterday evening after 6pm to a Neotel number. Guess what? I was billed YET AGAIN for this call. The call was made at 18:06 and lasted 4 minutes 26 seconds. I was charged R1, 45. So not only was I charged for this call, but I was charged roughly the Neotel to Neotel regional peak rate, or Neotel to Telkom local peak rate!

My first major complaint is that, despite this problem being brought to Neotel's attention on the 2nd of May, it is STILL NOT FIXED!! Secondly, will I now have to wait yet another 20 working days for the refund for this phone call???

Despite numerous requests from various departments for a response on when the issue will be fixed, I am receiving NOTHING back regarding this. I am so sick and tired of having to fight constantly!! Telkom may be more expensive and their customer care was never perfect, but they sorted out issues a heck of a lot quicker than Neotel do!!
