I requested that my acc which was due for renewal be cancelled on 4 Jan 2013. Tsholo requested the account cancellation to which Anna Motsepe replied & said the account had been closed. On 1 March 2013 I corresponded with Tsholo again saying that debit orders were still going through. She then liaised with billing dept. Case nr: 4140358. A refund was arranged for me of R679.38 in March. I am now getting sms's from NuDebt for exactly that amount that was refunded to me. Ref500067459. This account has been closed and I DO NOT want to be blacklisted for something that I DO NOT OWE! This is now 10 months down the line. Telkom tells me they can't help me as the account is closed and I'm not getting any joy from NuDebt either.
