I have logged numerous requests now for credit notes on all the data usage since 18 October 2012 up to 20 December 2012 since you have not loaded the inhibitors I instructed you to do, with very little success. I connected via my corporate APN [URL Removed] and you still billed me for the usage on the internet and vlive APNs. Please credit the amount of data which you have not loaded the inhibitors for. Your service is worst than poor, you don't know what customer service means!!!
