Poor collection/Delivery service

Device was delivered in fair time but faulty. Again collected/replaced in good time but new device already loaded with passwords. Deal was cancelled and after several phone calls/mails and a month later still in my possession. Same excuse every time RAM does not have my contact nr. Tried to contact Ram to no avail. They keep transferring me even with a tracking nr.
