BAD SERVICE Account set up incorrectly by Telkom

In June I set up a new account with Telkom for phone/broadband along with a monthly direct debit to cover my package. In July I get a bill saying I owe them over R2962.30 and in August my account is in arrear so they suspended my service. I called to understand why I owed so much money after 2 month service. I discovered that Telkom had incorrectly set up 2 x TIN lines and had overcharged me for 2 months along wth double installation fee. After many frustrating hours on the phone the additional TIN was cancelled and they agreed to refund the overcharge of R1265.96 (Which has now been refunded although not to the full amount!!!) and the account as I understood it was reconciled by me paying an additional R673.39 over and above my direct debits. I was the told that my account was all correct and my direct debit of R900 would cover all my charges going forward. This morning I get text from Telkom saying I owe them R415.67 & will cut my service!! I have called again this morning & they cannot explain what this is for. Telkom have created this mess on my account & I have tried for 3 months to get fixed. I have also asked for a letter confirming their mess and guess what nothing.
