Every time I have dealings with Cell C it results in a complaint.

We upgraded yesterday in store (Carnival Mall).
The device that we took is a Samsung S4.
We have requested for a limit of R150 as this is an open contract (limit of R50 only capped)
We have been advised that we will forfeit all benefits on the control chat when the migration is done
We have been advised that the 100 calls, 100 messages and 100mb of data will kick in as soon as the migration is done - not the case
Today we are advised that pro rata data will be available only - we have based our decision to upgrade on the fact that the full 100mb will be made available
Spoke to Mahlakana who advised that a store query will be logged and reference number sent via sms (no sms received)
I was transferred to Paxson who demonstrated little interest and very casually told me to explain the whole concern again

Expectation:

The contract to be retracted due to your inability to clearly communicate and to follow simple instructions. We will opt for a contract with another service provider!
