Bad attitute from store manage

After two days I tried to go into internet I could not, I took the phone back and the agent Meresse Peacock said the phone is problematic. She took the phone back as it was still within the 7days. I waited for a month to get the replacement of my phone. Well I 'm waiting I went back to them and request to upgrade for a better option. The feedback I got from the manager of the store (Cheranie van Wyk) is that what must she do if she send the accounts department mails and they don't respond? I called MTN head office and spoke to Petunia Zungu, the respond I got from her is, there is nothing Head office can do if the store cant assist me. She gave me a reference number 105156144 to go back to the store for assistance. I went back again the feedback I got is they are still waiting for the mail from the accounts as they work only with mails and I must prepare myself to pay an cancellation fee if I want to take another option which I'm not prepared to pay as the delay was from MTN that is why I want to change.
