I have a 169 top up contract n was billed 450 I called. In n no one could help I wrote a report on hello peter n some acted clever by doing a PR stunt n responded n claimed they are stilll investgating my account n will give feedback well as that was just a PR stunt to ger rattings that they respond my bill was never investgated n they debited 919 from my account. I want my money put back into my account where it was n virgin must come take their phone n we part ways as I can not afford to keep fighting for refunds from them coz I am still waiting for november refund where they charged me 560 now instead of refunding me they over charge again 919 I did consult the ombudsman n was told to give virgin 24 hrs to pay back if no refund then they will open a fraug case coz ths can't be a mistake if it happened before I am prepared to start a Pettition against virgin so that they will be removed as a service provider coz they provide service n they still from customers. No 1 steals from me n gets away with it virgin has messed up with the wrong I am taking this to consumer court as well n I will go every where just to make sure that the world knows that virgin
