Afrihost worst service I have ever received!

I have requested a ADSL line upgrade from 1mbps to 4/10mbps last moday (07/10/2013) Nothing happened until I called on Thursday and then the upgrade was completed on Friday (11/10/2013).

Since then I have had 0 connectivity I keep sending in support requests and I keep being told that the dsl port has been recreated, however I still do not have ANY connectivity!

This is a poor performance, the only reason I place this complaint here, is so that someone other than their call center department may take notice of this and provide a service to me finally.

Afrihost is normally good and on the ball. however this time they missed the ball completely. Both my wife and I need this line for business too, however obviously this has not been happening and we are now feeling it. We are not able to respond to our clients or emails etc.
