Samsung Galaxy S4: after 1 month it's dead

Hi
My Samsung Galaxy S4 keeps shutting down for no reason even with a full battery, this after less than 2 months of ownership.
My concern is that while in for repairs you do not provide any loan phones, what am I to do in the interim (as i understand with your repairs process the time lines are not guaranteed), especially since the phone has a micro sim???
Stopping my debit while the phone is in for repairs sound like an option.
