So the online portal of vodacom says my number is not registered (I have been using the service for years). I choose to not make an issue of it and reregister, the first question I recieve in the registration process is have you previously registered, I say yes and back in the circle to no you have not. I called the helpdesk on Sunday who advised the problem is unique to me and after much convincing they logged the request. Service request number S3-T393V-V10BY refers. They advised 48 hours turn around. Appears non delivery and over promissing may be part of the values as they consistant with the poor approach. Pretty please with a cherry on top, fix my &%#en problem.
