APPAULING SERVICE

I've had it with cell c and their useless service. on 2 October i received a call from "Lee" telling me i was due for an upgrade on my contract. He went on to further ask me what phones i wanted because on my particular i get two phones BUT only one phone was delivered and when i enquired with Cellc they tell me that the deal that i was on was stopped yet i was never told this by LEE cauz had i known i wudnt have agreed to upgrade. Now apparently i have two different contracts for two seperate amounts. Now i want to cancel the contract they say i cant. THIS IS UTTER RUBBISH. I have been sent from pillar to post and given so many different stories that i dont even think Cellc know what they are doing. I have been a loyal n happy customer for so long and this is the thanks i get... ANNOYED!!! I hope this gets dealt with or else i will escalate this matter beyond hellopeter.
