Incompetence and bad service

I acquired a sim card a few months ago, it was prepaid and at the time I did not use it. I have now entered into another venture where I require this sim and I printed forty thousand flyers, printed banners and advertised online all to the value of R100 000. When I discovered the sim was not activated I was absolutely mortified as my capital outlay was so vast, so immediately I went into your cell c branch in N1 City Cape Town where your consultant referred me to your customer service. After eight calls and being shoved to every incompetent consultant I was told "I could not re activate the sim even though they could see my name on the system and registered to that number. I find this absolutely disturbing as this is my business cell C is messing around and no solution is even being endeavored to be found. cell C will then be responsible for my business costs and my capital outlay as it is inconceivable that such a simple task cannot be performed.
