Hi i have been a loyal customer by MTN for the last 10 years, but last night i just felt like cancelling my contract.
I called MTN`s 808 number as one of my lines was soft locked. i made a call at 18:15 held on for 10min 52s no one picked up the phone. At 18:27 i made a nother call thinking i will be helped this time i held on for 1H08min and no one picked up the phone by then if someone has picked up the phone i would have told the person who picked up what i think of the service but no one picked up. at 19H45 i made a call again held on for 10min and no one picked up again. at 21H09 i attempted to call again and guess what i was not helped no one picked up.
Today i feel like going into MNT and canceling my contract for the lack of service from the 808 contact number.
I really am glad that they are not a emergency contact centre because people would have been dead by now.
So this is me just putting it out their and hoping that some how their service might improve someday because i work in a emergency call centre were every minute count.
