Thursday night I send an SMS to 32873 to apply for credit at house and home. I then received an sms back stating that someone will call me back shortly. Friday at 2 o clock no one called and i had to call them is was a problem getting threw as the phone kept on ringing and the number i dialled was 0114567000. finally someone picked up and the phone. was dropped. Tried again and finally someone helped me.

she took all my details and send that someone will call to advise if application was approved. Saturday no one called thinking, maybe they don't work Saturday. Monday the 04/03/2013 still on answer i tried calling them again and still no one was able to help me called the same number 0114567000 phone rings and rings until someone picked up. was transferred form department and still no one help aim feed up i want a response on my application
