STILL(!!) no iPad hotspot with 8ta/Telkom Mobile

It is very unfortunate that I upgraded my iPad Mini to iOS 7.0.2, only then to find that the personal hotspot is no longer working and that there is STILL no carrier bundle update from 8ta/Telkom Mobile...
Most amazing part is that all other providers like Vodacom and MTN already released a carrier bundle update, and Cell C simply uses APN settings.
How much longer do we need to wait for 8ta/Telkom Mobile to "finalise the configuration"?
