Taking Debit Orders Out of My Account

MTN has been taking debit orders out of my account for the last 6 months due to an administration error on their part and certainly without my permission. I do not have a contract with MTN and due to this administration error, the debits have continued. I received a reference number for this complaint (104620694) from a call centre agent Nwabisa and finally was in contact with Ms Claudette Wood from MTN who agreed that the cell phone charges would be reversed and re-imbursed to me as MTN was at fault. A copy of certified ID was sent to Ms Wood, as she requested, on 7 October and since then there has been no response. The call centre was contacted on 15 October for clarity and they have said that the case was still "open" without any movement. Voicemails have been left for Ms Wood and an email sent to Ms Wood on 15 October has come back as "undeliverable" due to full mailbox. MTN needs to get this matter sorted out immediately and refund me the amounts deducted through their error.
