I HAVE A CELL C BLACKBERRY CONTRACT, I TOOK OUT THIS BLACKBERRY FOR THE UNLIMITED DOWNLOADING SERVICE. ITS BEEN ROUND ABOUT 4 MONTHS WHERE I AM UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD UNLIMITED SERIES AND MOVIES. WHEN I ORIGINALLY TAKEN THIS CONTRACT THE CONSULTANTS INFORMED ME THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD UNLIMITED. I PAY MY CELL C ACCOUNT RELIGIOUSLY EVERYMONTH, AND ITS QUITE ALOT OF MONEY I PAY. WHEN I CALLED THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT GUYS, THEY SAID THAT MY CELLPHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN LISTED TO NOT DOWNLOAD UNLIMITED. I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS BREACH OF CONTRACT AND THAT I AM NOT GETTING MY MONEYS WORTH. I WISH FOR ASSISTANCE IN THIS REGARD OR I WILL RATHER THAN CANCEL ALL MY CONTRACTS WITH CELL C AND MOVE TO A DIFFERENT NETWORK. WHERE I CAN GET MY MONEYS WORTH.
ALL I ASKING FROM THE NETWORK DEPARTMENT FROM CELL C IS TO SET MY CONTRACT AS IT USE TO BE SO I CAN DOWNLOAD AS MUCH AS I WANT TO. I AM PAYING ALOT FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT GETTING.
