Cell C
BLACKBERRY WITH CELL C

We upgraded on the 2nd of January 2013 to a Blackberry. Since then we had numerous problems. Spending hours on the phone with Cell C and Blackberry technical department. Also visited our local Cell C store 5 times, also did a software upgrade with the Cell C Buddies - in the local Mall. We can not use BBM at all - according to Cell C it is a Blackberry issue and they are attending to this but we are days and weeks further without any answers. What is the use in having a Blackberry and not able to use it?
