THE NEWEST!!! VODACOM LETS YOU GET A CONTRACT ONLINE AND THEN DELIVERS A BROKEN PHONE. THEN BILL YOU FOR THAT PHONE!!! I RECEIVED MY PHONE ON 5 AUGUST 2013, REPORTED THE BROKEN PHONE ON THE 6TH OF AUGUST 2013. NO VODASHOP WANTS TO ACCEPT THE PHONE BECAUSE IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME. NO ONE COLLECTS THE PHONE.
LUCKY FOR ME, THEY GOT THE WRONG BANKING DETAILS... FEEL SORRY FOR THE PERSON THEY ARE DEBITING. MY NAME HAS PROPABLY EVEN BEEN BLACK LISTED AS A SLOW PAYER, WHO KNOWS! THIS IS REDICULOUS. I PHONED AGAIN, TODAY AND THEY ESCALATED THE MATTER AND PROMISED TO GET BACK TO ME. WILL HAVE TO SEE IF THEY DO, BECAUSE ON THE 9TH OF OCTOBER THEY PROMISED THE SAME AND I AM STILL WAITING. I NEED A CONTRACT AND A PHONE THAT WORKS. THAT IS AFTERALL WHY PEOPLE APPLY FOR CONTRACTS... NOT TO BE!!!
