I am insured with dial direct and recently put in a claim for our wedding bands that was /taken from our home now their telling me their cant process my claim if I do not provide proof of purchase, what the so if i don't have proof the staff bought their wont process my claims then why do we have insurance as who would have proof of purchase more then 5 yrs and all was bought cash. I owe nothing on my contents jewelry etc. If this is the case as we have staff for 7 to 8 yrs where will I get proof of purchase if forbids and something big happen. Then why do we have it, you don't even consider half or a cheaper quote something but I pay y'all every month for nonsense and you debit me on time... if you not meeting me half way then this is written confirmation to cancel the stupid insurance I am better off not having then I know should something happen it will be my lost not pay and have issues when you have to pay its all issues. And since I have been with y'all forever why don't you just give my payments back since I'm paying for nonsense after all.
