Throttled after 55g

Last month we got 120gb and were throttled. This month after 55gb we got throttled. Our Internet is now useless. Facebook cannot be opened. After how many gb does mweb throttle because they dont even know or cannot say. A telkom adsl 1mb user has reached 140gb in the past 16 days and is still going strong. Do we have 2 switch 2 telkom and pay R10 extra 2 enjoy what we pay for? Mweb offers the line saying they do not throttle
