I am totally gobsmacked by the lack of service you offer and the amount of phone calls i have made to you guys with the promise of call backs is unbelievable. I doubt this will help either. Spose us consumers will always be robbed blindly by the big corporates but know this. i will get the CEO email and this email will go to him once i have it.
I upgraded my phone from a BB bold to BB10 on the 10/10/13 at 9:22. I made that call to 082 17844. I advised the consultant that i was going to use my existing sim card (which had BIS) I was never informed that BIS does not work on the Z10. I downloaded apps via the app store and on Sat i found out i had lost all my airtime cos the downloads used this instead of what i thought i had BIS. Since Saturday i have been trying to resolve this issue and now today I get told that the call center does not have a voice log for my call and the upgrade must have been done via some other call center. How the friggin should i know. I call the 082 number from the vodacom website. All i want is my airtime refunded to me as the agent did not advise me that BIS does not work on the Z10. Now it looks like there is a coverup from VODACOM side.
