I recently discovered an airtime subscription that is being deducted from my account by the OTA group. I called into the call center enquiring about where this airtime was going to because I had not been receiving the airtime that I have being paying for. I have been put through to 5 people now, all of them telling me that they will call me back, and have now decided that this is beyond a joke. My queries began on the 11th of June and almost three weeks later, I still have received no feedback regarding the refunding of my account. I have been told that I will be refunded R135 rand which is nothing compared to the two years that this amount is being deducted from my account. I have spoken to Vodacom regarding the number that has apparently been receiving airtime and they are not aware of any airtime being loaded onto my number. The question now remains, when will I be refunded? I refuse to pay for a service that I am not receiving. And the lack of complete care for a clients concern amazes me. I am disgusted and dissapointed by this OTA system and have lost trust in Edcon as a result. A service provider is there to render a service, not to complicate peoples lives.
