Billing discrepancy

I took up a promotion package with MTNSP in Bloemfontein sometime early last year which was advertised at R699pm for 24 months and the deal was for an Apple MacBook Pro a 2Gig data modem. All was well until sometime this year when all of a sudden my bill was no longer fixed at R699 but was fluctuating way above that amount and was at one stage over R1000. Numerous attempts have been made by myself to try to get answers but to no avail. I need MTNSP to please look into my query urgently as this is now costing me an arm and a leg.
