Cell C
No service at all

There was trouble with my banking accounts for my debit order, cell c switched of my service and I understand the situation. But I sorted it out the next day and the lady at call centre told the problem will be solved the next day (sat 12 Oct) nothing happened that day, today (mon 14 October) I phoned again after I realized the debit order was made by cell c and the lady explained to me the situation and told me it wil be on within 2hours... it is now almost 4hours and I have no service!!! I am running my own business and can't make any calls for days now... but to you (cell c) it's nothing, you don't care at all! I have been complaining about your service for months mad months now! I am so glad I'm leaving you guys this month... your service is pathetic pathetic! I'm losing money because I can't make any calls and I have to phone from other peoples phones. I want my phone fixed NOW!!! I pay for this service... this so called service i have been in constant battle with! There has never been a problem with my payments or nothing... but a few days that there's a problem you cut me off like nothing!
