Vodacom Promo False Offer & Useless CRM to cancel

On 21 Aug, I get a Vodacom call for a high data usage offer. Since I spend >R1200 monthly on my cellphone, mostly due to data, I was happy that the sales call would save me R600 through a Promo. I asked if it's appended to my existing contract & cell so I can just use the 2GB extra from my phone as normal. This was affirmed & I was told there'd be no charges until I activate it after receiving the goods by mail. I was curious as to why I'd need to receive anything by mail, but because it came with a dongle, I agreed.
In 2 days, dongle arrives & what looks like 2 packs. Once opened, I realise they are 2 SIM cards which don't even FIT into my iPhone 5! I call to let them know this is NOT what I WAS SOLD & they say ok, they'll cancel it. This was over 7 weeks ago, I didn't activate it, yet I've been charged for 2 months for what I HAVEN`T ASKED FOR.Called in 10 times, bounced around b/w Cancellations & Promos w/ unfulfilled promises of call-backs. Was told on 3 separate occasions that cancellation was processed & 4 occasions that it wasn't. Every week, I NEED to call to check progress. What is going on?! I just called for this week, they say its canceled, but I dont trust them any more! Incensed!
