I am extremely upset with MTN&feel like they do not know what they are doing. In May I upgraded my contract & was a bit worried about phone bills as I was told the phone I was getting used a lot of DATA. So i asked if it was high if I could add data to my contract. When i got my first phone bill it was high& I asked MTN to add more data onto my contract. When the lady was loading the data right at the end something happened&was not sure if the data loaded. The Lady then phoned headoffice&they promised me that the DATA would be loaded within 24 hrs. Expecting this I budgeted to spend a certain amount&when I got my next phone bill it was even higher than my first. I then went into MTN oakfields&I was told that the data was not laded, during the next 2 weeks I went into MTN at least 4 times&I was told that it was fixed. I then expected this to have been done. Again it still was not. Im extremely cross with the situation&wanted to cancel my contract& I have been told I must pay over R8000 to do this. MTN is so quick to take money from me where they have no clue what they are doing&they breached the NCA as they continually to me!!! I find the service pathetic that I have received!
