Money harvested from Cell phone account

I spoke to someone this week who said he will send me a picture of a car light. Soon after I received a sms saying someone send you a picture with a link. Not suspecting anything since a lot of people are using Google Drive or Dropbox to send files. I opened the link and realized something weren't right. It said something about charging money for a service and I immediately cancel and closed it. It was not related to the picture I was expecting. I realized only after a few days that about R7 a day is being harvested from my account. Since Friday evening have I been trying to call Cell C on the 140, but there is no one to help!!! I can't understand how the phone company's could allow this without warning you or asking for a password, They would only say you subscribed to the service, even thou unintentionally, and I am sure the Cell phone company's also are also making money with these scamsters.
