I know Vodacom does not care about their customers as they do have the largest network of customers in the country which leads me to believe that they have now become complacent. I recently changed my phone from a black berry to a Samsung and am well aware that internet is not free on the Samsung such as the blackberry, I therefore decided to buy a gig of data but every time I switched my phone on and checked my balance, my balance would shoot up with an extra R20 - R40?? I phoned numerous times to find out what the problem is but nobody cared to help me. I then investigated further on my own and realised that they put the gig of data that I asked for on night owl alone and I have ZERO data for day. I phoned back and they threw the phone down in my ear as they did not have an answer to their mistake. I am too afraid to further use my phone as I am paying R2 a Meg (out of bundle) AFTER I bought a data bundle to cover me for exactly this.
