On our Name, still not sorted after 6 weeks

Last year in December we received a call from Nashua's Department, we were informed that Nashua opened a account on my husband's name, using our banking details. The account was closed, yet you still deducted an amount of R1722.33 from our account.

After 4 weeks of constant calling from our side, you finally picked up that this amount was deducted because Nashua opened yet another account with our banking details. Samantha Solomons ensured us that the money will be paid before the 8th of Feb. Yet NOTHING has been paid.

1. I want my money back by the 13th of Feb, plus interest as you have been stalling this for 6 weeks already.
2. I want compensation for all the calls, we had to make to your company.
3. I want an explanation as to how your systems work, clearly you are not doing the proper checks needed before opening accounts.

FYI: The ID used was firstly a woman using a male ID and secondly her date of birth was 75 April 1983. This is a joke, a really bad one.
