In the beginning of July Bianca from Norton Attorneys phoned me to make arrangemants on my husbands loans, we arranged for 500 every month on each loan, a sms was sent to my phone to confirm, when money came into my account FNB took everything, I phoned and spoke to Mohale, he was very helpfull and asked that Bianca, will forward him the arrangement letter, so that they can credit my account, I phoned Bianca and she said all is done and she phoned Mohale, that was, When I phoned back to speak to Bianca, she put me through to this very rude lady Thuli Raphepe, she told me to live with it and pay my debt, why make arrangements then, FNB you need to get other Attorneys, how are you going to get you money like that. My husband is not working and I'm trying to help. Nortan Attorneys and FNB im very disapointed in how things are done, to take all my money and we made arrangements, how do I make a living, if you take all my money, please let somebody phone me and please try and assist, otherwise I have no option but to close my platinum account, I can not afford not to have money every month, none of my bills was paid.due to this I will arrange to pay a 100 every month with Norton
