I've called to do a sim swop for my daugter and had absolutely no satisfaction from the so called call centre.

First I phoned the 173 number 5 times and all I got was a message saying the number does not exists.
After I finally got thru I had to listen to menu's that would take you everywhere except to somebody that can help with the sim swop. After the call was answered I had to repeat everything I said about 5 times because of banging and loud music and other noises in the back. I asked the operator what noise is it that he can not hear me (My exact words was "Wat se donerse geraas is in die agtergrond" (What noise is in the back ground) - His response was - Moenie vloek nie ek gaan die foon neer sit (Don't swear I'll put the phone down). after I had to repeat all info again for 5 times he said " The system kicked the request off and you will have to phone again" - I will rather take my business elsewhere - and advise everybody to do it too.
