I want o do a simple sim swop but when i call the call centre they tell me that i am failing the seciruty questions, i want my number back because i am losing clients please nake sure that i get my number back i canoot affordt to lose more customers, Already i have called the call centre 5 times. This is very frustrating and i holding mtn liable for my loss.
