Voddacom Network Problem

Y father log a service requests several times with vodacom due to the poor signal in his area at Buterworth Mgomanzi Rural Area. Even me when Im home I cant connect with my data card, problem of my phone not available. We both use blackbery's. Last consultant told him that to fix the problem it will cost 6million, so they cant fix it for one person, This problem does not affect only him, people are sik and tired of calling vodacom who does not help them. So his only option is to port out to MTN. Is vodacom not serving people? Or now people has to leave? I am going to port oyt too because when m home Imhaving a problem.
