Stop Using MTN roaming!

In October 2012 I went abroad for 3 days and activated my roaming facility. When I came back my my bill was a surprising R6500. I was shocked but I thought maybe my cousin was making use of my phone without my knowledge. In December 2012 when I went for a vacation I made it a point that I will only receive calls and never dared to go on internet at all. Upon my return to SA I fainted when I was told my bill was R7600! I made a follow up and the billing department just send me a list of websites that they said my phone was visiting in the background without my knowledge! The last straw was when I followed up with a guy called Rajesh Timol from their call centre. His attitude was I used the phone and I should just pay and keep quiet! I found this as stinking customer service, he made sure he rubbed it in- pay and keep quiet. I am just going to finish off the remainer of my contract which is due to end in April, sadly I have to pay and leave MTN, this is pure. Please guys dont dare use MTN, not just their roaming facility!! I am going to port my number effective 15 April, I deserve better!! If MTN want to stay competitive I think it must get rid of rude guys like Rajesh!
