2 Weeks not receiving calls and sms's

I have not been receiving calls nor sms's for the past 2 weeks, i called the call centre reported the call and i was advised i need to do a sim swap which i gladly did so i would have my phone work. Still no calls nor sms's, i then the call centre to advise them that my phone is still not working i have been put through from one department to another, now today i informed the AGent i was talking to i dont want to be tranfered can i speak to someone Senior she said no she cant she has to resolve the query by opening a case for me. I then informed her the gentleman i spoke to on Friday said he would open a case which means he didnt open the case. The girl i spoke to today said the Team leader would call me i still havent received a call from no team Leader, i even told her i wont be getting any call and she started shouting at me saying she can't gaurantee the teamleader will phone. I asked her not to shout at me she then said " I am not shouting at you but informing you "I have been with Cell C for over 11 Years and i dont appreciate being treated this way. All i want is for my phone to work, So if this query can not be resolved i will have to move to another Network
