Lingering issue results in phone block

I have mentioned before that we have this issue with Afrizon Telecommunications and Vodacom. We are in the process of contract cancellation. However, it seems little has been done so far. This phone has two numbers registered onto the Vodacom account. One of those numbers are due to Afrizon's marketing strategy that caused my wife to agree to a contract UNKNOWINGLY. We have been trying to cancel this unwanted contract for more than a year now...

My wive's actual phone number is paid in full, but we refuse to pay the outstanding fees other number. I have spoken to Vodacom customer service to explain the reason why we are refusing to pay any outstanding fees on that number - a very long investigation is taking place currently. This was noted supposedly, however... the phone still got cut off because of these outstanding fees. Why would we pay those fees when Afrizon promised to reimburse my wife for all the debit orders over the last year.
