After waiting 30 min in a queue outside the shop which included elderly people with no chairs available it took the staff 15 min to determine if I qualify for an upgrade and my options. I was given the telephone number to contact to confirm if the have my choice in stock.

After trying 3 hours to contact them I went to the store again to repeat the same procedure and was shocked at the amount of elderly clients that had to stand and wait for service. I left after 35 min with no else being helped.

Needless to say I will have to repeat this process at another time as no other service is available in Potchefstroom
