Staff going on like kids in front of clients

Elderly woman (with black hair) disrespecting another staff member (young lady with black hair) in front of clients, elderly woman takes young lady to the back and shouts and stomps her feet like a child (no wonder she works at baby boom). what a bad reputation. the store looks a total mess. behind the terminal looks BAD. each time i walk in to the store the staff are just siting around. i shop at your parklands store as well and get the best service ever. staff are neat, kind and helpful. always a big welcome to enter the parklands store
