Just messing a simple new contract up to exstreme

I took out n new contract with vodacom but unfortunately the sim was faulty after getting assistance only after complaining about the run around on Hello Peter was the new number (replacement sim up and runing) Wonder of wonder when I received another bill for what should be correction of faulty sim (when contacted they advise me that i took out two contracts which i did not) infact i have only applied for one contract but instead was debited x2. On my return to the vodastore i requested that i be refunded on the exstra debit and that the faulty sim number be cancelled as it was not operational. I suspect Vodacom went and instead cancelled the operational sim card. i would be delighted if :1) my sim card be made operational today still and my debit refunded. Vodacoms network the best in my experience (dont even want to talk of my fustration with other networks) but the customer service and billing has been the worst i experienced in a long time. Once again i think i would be helped only after my complaint on Hello Peter seems only then is customer service of an excellent quality
