Friday I laid another complaint against Cell C for my ongoing incorrect debit orders from my bank account which is been dragging on for 7 months. Cell C responded and advised Busi will be contacting me shortly to resolve the matter, guess what I m still waiting for her call. I have Busi email address sent her several mails with supporting document since last week till to date no reply or a single call from her or any Cell C representative. This just shows how dedicated they are to giving client service excellence. I am in the service industry and know what customer service is and this from Cell C is pathetic I don't understand why people still using their services. You hardly every get through to them 084 145 you hold for a long time then someone drops your call. You send them emails they don`t reply... What avenues does a person use to get through to Cell C. This is my third complaint I am logging the debits just keep come. I have lost all hope for Cell C I was a loyal customer for six years and now when I cancel the contract I must endure this frustration of unauthorised debits, which seems to be a norm for Cell C. I am forced to seek legal advice.
