I took out a Internet contract with Vodacom for a period of three years. This payment was deducted from my credit card, monthly, no problem. End of 2012 the deductions stopped. When I attempted to access the Internet early January, no connectivity. Reasonably I assumed that the contract came to a end. Why - I never received an account in the three years that I was their customer. I did not stop the payment on my credit card. So I got an new uncapped supplier. In June/July I got a demand for payment for 3 months, and that's when the party of poor service started, I was send from A to Z. Very frustrated, I requested the Ombudsman details on 31 July 6:25 (my request was ignored), I repeated my request for his details on 5 Aug 2013. Till today they have not provide me with this external body's details. This morning, the lawyers contacted me, Vodacom has hand me over. What a joke. I have the best credit rating, and due to them not being able to provide answers to reasonable questions, they handed me over?
Why were they not willing to supply the body that hold them accountable's details? Because they messed up.
PS. plse don't send me 3 yrs statements, I needed it 3yrs ago.
