I ordered a phone with MTN and I was told I will do a sim swap telephonically, now four different consultants are telling me i need to go in at one of thier outlets to get it done, one says i need to call in it's just different information as if they working for a different company.
It is really fustrating that i still dont have my number after calling almost the whole morning.
