I AM CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING PATHETIC SERVICES FROM THE CALL CENTRE STAFF FROM AFRICAN BANK. I AM A FINANCIAL ADVISOR BY PROFESSION AND HAVE CHANGED JOBS AND HAD GONE THROUGH A DIFFICULT TIME REGARDING MY FINANCES AND HENCE COULD NOT AFFORD TO PAY MY PREMIUMS. I HAVE THUS JOINED ANOTHER INSURER AND AM STARTING TO GET BACK ON MY FEET AND AM FRUSTRATED WITH THE CONSTANT CALLS TO FOLLOW UP ON PAYMENT. MORE SO, NUMEROUS CONSULTANTS HAVE CALLED MY HOUSE NUMBER AFTER ME EXPLICITLY TELLING THE CONSULTANTS NOT TO CALL AND THE CONSULTANTS HAVE GIVEN MY FAMILY PERSONAL INFORMATION REGARDING MY ACCOUNTS. DUE TO THIS, I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO MOVE OUT AND I AM TEMPORARILY STAYING WITH FRIENDS. THIS IS IN DIRECT BREACH OF MY PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND HAS CAUSED MANY MORE PERSONAL PROBLEMS WITH MY FAMILY. THIS MATTER WILL BE TAKEN UP FURTHER.
