First off, the electronic instructions asks you to enter your telephone number, but unlike Discovery the information is never used anywhere. The consultant will then ask you again to give your number.

Secondly, 80% of the consultants will confuse you more, where only 20% will be very helpful. You will very seldom receive the same information on the same issue from 2 different consultants. My specific example was speaking to a consultant in Sales named Pheello Sekhoane, who did not listen to my problem and kept trying to explain something I did not ask for. Extreme inefficient and frustrating, I did not understand what he was trying to do and got more confused. However, a couple of incompetent consultants later, Jongi Sobuwa came to the rescue and explained to me what I needed to understand.

Thirdly, during my upgrade process I needed information regarding the cost and activation of the service, I was transferred 9 times, and spent 45 minutes on the phone without success. Extremely inefficient.
